Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellation, rescheduling and refund handling for puja bookings made with North Indian Panditji AllPuja, owned by Niranjan Pandey.
Cancellation By Customer
Please inform us as early as possible by phone or WhatsApp. Refund eligibility depends on the booking stage, pandit allocation, travel planning and samagri purchase.
Rescheduling
We try to support date or time changes when informed in advance and when a suitable pandit is available.
Advance Payments
If an advance was paid, deductions may apply for committed costs such as travel, purchased samagri, platform fees or confirmed pandit time.
Cancellation By Us
If we cannot complete a confirmed service due to unavoidable reasons, we will offer rescheduling or discuss a suitable refund for the affected service portion.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are generally processed through the original or mutually agreed payment method within a reasonable working period.
